Overview of Open Door Ministries
Open Door Ministries exists to provide practical help and hope to people in urban Denver who are
homeless or low-income. Our primary objective is to move people toward self-sufficiency by helping
change the circumstances and life patterns that have held them captive to poverty and addictions.
Through 18 distinct programs, we focus on tangible needs like food, shelter, access to education, and
employment training, as well as intangible needs such as friendship, hope, and Christian spiritual

Title of Position: Street2Life Assistant Director
Supervisor: Director of Street2Life
Hours: Full-time; 40 hours/week
Annual Salary: $53,495 - $76,081
Job purpose:
The purpose of this position is to work in our transitional employment business and leadership program,
Street2Life Print Shop. This position facilitates screen-printing, digital design, communication with
clients via email, and serving as a role model for Christ-like attitudes, behaviors, and a strong work ethic
for participants in our job training and leadership program.
