WorkWell is a Denver-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2023 to support businesses seeking to make a meaningful impact in their communities. Over time, its work has evolved to focus on strengthening internal business practices that improve the lives of employees, advancing fair-chance hiring, and expanding employment opportunities for migrant communities across Denver.

Today, WorkWell continues its mission by serving as the umbrella nonprofit for the Denver Employment Social Enterprise Collective. By housing the Collective within an established 501(c)(3), WorkWell provides the legal and operational infrastructure that allows the Collective to focus on strengthening and connecting Denver’s employment social enterprise ecosystem, while also continuing its broader community impact efforts.
