Women’s Bean Project
Women's Bean Project provides job training and employment to women facing significant barriers to work, selling high-quality food products made by these women to support their mission.
Women's Bean Project is a Denver-based employment social enterprise that supports women overcoming significant barriers to employment by providing paid transitional work, job training, and life skills development.
Through its food manufacturing business, participants produce a wide range of packaged food products that are sold in grocery stores and online across the country. While working in the production facility, participants develop workplace skills, build confidence, and gain the experience needed to move into stable employment.
The program combines hands-on work experience with structured training, case management, and career coaching. This holistic model helps women build personal stability, strengthen professional skills, and successfully transition into long-term employment and greater economic independence.
