Prodigy hires young adults from Northeast Denver into a paid apprenticeship at one of their three coffeehouses. Apprentices develop their skills and confidence as they learn to run a high-quality, craft coffeehouse.

Prodigy Ventures is an employment social enterprise that operates mission-driven coffeehouses while providing paid apprenticeships for young adults seeking pathways to meaningful work and economic mobility.
Through hands-on training inside its craft coffeehouses, apprentices develop professional skills, leadership capacity, and confidence while participating in a supportive learning environment designed to foster personal growth and long-term career success.
Prodigy combines real work experience with intensive professional development, helping participants build the skills, networks, and mindset needed to pursue sustainable careers.
