Overview:
Community Uplift Partnership (CUP Colorado) is a Commerce City-based nonprofit social enterprise that operates community coffee houses and youth workforce development programs designed to help young adults overcome barriers that impact their futures, families, and communities.
Through its coffee house model, Youth Empowerment Program (YEP), and “Beyond the Job” training program, CUP combines paid employment, mentorship, leadership development, and life-skills education to help young adults build confidence, healthy relationships, and pathways toward long-term stability and employment.
Population served:
Young adults ages 16–24, particularly those facing barriers related to unstable support systems, mental health challenges, substance use, or limited access to employment and mentorship opportunities
