Bridge House

A unique and highly-effective combination of employment, housing, and support that breaks the expensive cycles of homelessness, incarceration and chronic unemployment.

Overview:
Bridge House is a Boulder-based nonprofit with additional programs in Aurora and Englewood that operates social enterprises providing paid work, skill-building, and workforce development for adults experiencing homelessness or housing instability.

Through its Community Table Kitchen and Outdoor Crew programs, Bridge House combines employment with coaching and support services to help participants build confidence, gain transferable job skills, and transition to stable employment and independent living.

Population served:

  • Adults experiencing homelessness or housing instability, including individuals facing barriers to employment due to past incarceration, addiction, or gaps in work history

How You Can Support Bridge House

Community Table Kitchen – Catering & Food Services:
Hire participants for catering events, meal prep, and food service, supporting both workforce development and local food access.

Outdoor Crew – Landscaping & Maintenance:
Engage the crew for groundskeeping, yard care, snow removal, and seasonal maintenance projects.

Hire Locally:
Every engagement supports paid employment for adults in transition, helping participants gain income, skills, and stability.
