Employment social enterprise across Colorado
We started in Denver, but ESEs are creating jobs and second chances all over the state.
We're mapping them, connecting them and building toward a statewide network.
What's an ESE?
Employment social enterprises are businesses that hire people facing barriers to work, such as a past conviction, homelessness or recovery. They pay real wages and provide the support people need to stay employed and move forward. Every product sold or service hired helps fund a job.
The list of ESEs we know:
-
45+ ESEs across the metro. See the map here.
-
Mindful Works (Boulder)
-
Center for Employment Opportunities (Colorado Springs)
-
Goodwill of Colorado · Arc Thrift Stores · Habitat for Humanity ReStores
Know an ESE we're missing?
We're still discovering ESEs outside Denver. If you run one, work at one, or know one, tell us. We'd love to connect.
